ZOO VET: ENDANGERED ANIMALS

The Tutorial Case will guide you through the basic principles of game play. To access the tutorial, start a new game. While in your office, click on your map. In the lower left hand corner you'll see three icons, one to return to the office, one to return to the main menu and one to launch the tutorial case.

Overall Strategy Hints:

* Playing through the game on the easiest level provides an ingame walkthrough, where the player is told each correct step as they have to do it within the case.

* Completing a case with a perfect score unlocks a perfect score trophy.

* Feeding animals and providing follow up care when visiting them in their habitats adds points to your global score.

* When in the habitats, keep a sharp eye out for lost photographs to add to your picture album. If you can't find all the photos in a habitat a little later – the wind may have moved them around a little bit, making them easier to spot.

* On easy mode, there is always a hint given to help you figure out what sort of medicine an animal needs. On normal and hard difficulty, you'll have to think carefully about what would help the most.

* On easy level, you can only pick up tools that are used in the specific case you are working on. It's still up to you where you need to use them, though!

* Pay attention to information given to you during the case and during the summary by the head vet. You'll need to remember what you've learned if you want to pass the promotion quiz at the then of each group of animals!

* Remember that the temperature is always taken from the rear on mammals. Taking the temperature of a reptile is almost never necessary, since they don't regulate their own body temperature.

* When taking blood from an animal for a blood test, it's usually taken from the rear legs. This isn't always the case, though – with reptiles, for example, blood is taken from the tail.

* Don't forget to ask questions of the owner! You can't get a perfect score on a case without asking the proper questions.
