If you experience a blank or black screen upon launching the program, it may be because your computer does not have QuickTime 6 installed. Alternatively, if you chose to play in 'Full Screen' mode, try 'Windowed' mode instead.

Verify that you have QuickTime 6 (or higher) installed. Go to the Start Menu, then Settings (Windows XP users should just go to the Start Menu). To install QuickTime 6 or upgrade your version, open the 'QuickTime' folder on the Zoo Vet CD-ROM and double click on 'QuickTimeFullInstaller.exe'. Or go to "www.apple.com/quicktime/" to download the free player. You may need to restart your computer before launching Zoo Vet.

Check to be sure that you have the latest available driver versions for your sound and video cards.

For best results, close any other programs that are running on your computer prior to starting Zoo Vet.
