Shipping Policies Summary

Shipping and tax may be added to your order.

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for UPS ground shipments.

Please note that all orders received after 12 noon Pacific time will be processed the next business day.

Legacy does not ship to PO boxes. Legacy Interactive ships worldwide, including countries such as Australia, Jamaica, and the U.K. All International orders are sent JEWEL CASE only. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), unless otherwise stated. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES. Some exceptions may apply with special request (contact Customer Service).

Military FPO & APO addresses are shipped via USPS mail.

Some items may be too large or too heavy to be shipped by the method you have chosen or to your chosen destination. The carrier used in these cases will be changed and you will receive a revised copy of your order via email.

Tracking is not supplied by the US Postal Service(USPS), therefore, Legacy Interactive is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments using this method.

In reference to your credit card safety, the shipping of your order may be delayed when shipping to an alternative address. You can avoid this delay by calling your issuing bank and adding your alternate shipping address to their records.

Orders received by 12 p.m. (PST) will ship the same business day. All other orders will ship the next business day. Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

In some instances, next day air orders may ship the same business day when received after the 2pm cut off. Please email us for this special request. We will do our best to get your next day order shipped the same day. Contact Us.

International orders will receive the game in a jewel case with the manual, but will not receive the box.

International orders will all be shipped via US Mail with standard delivery. The cost is $14.95.

Next-day air and 2-day shipping will only be accepted by special request. Please contact us directly for pricing.

Pricing may be negotiated for bulk orders. Payment terms for these purchase orders are usually Net 30 Days. Sales Tax

California Residents Only - are subject to 8.25% sales tax, unless a valid tax exemption is supplied to us. It can be faxed or mailed. Please email us for information. Otherwise sales tax will be added to your order when your order is placed.

Back Orders

All out-of-stock items are placed on backorder, unless otherwise stated. If you have placed an order for an item that has just gone on backorder, you will be notified and will not be charged until your order can be fulfilled. Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect at the time you placed your order, or the current selling price, whichever is lower.

Cancelling your backorder - All requests to cancel backorders must be emailed to customerservice@legacygames.com and will be processed within 24 hours. Legacy Interactive cannot be responsible for backorder requests that have shipped within that 24 hour period time frame.

Return Policy

Legacy Interactive has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not truly satisfied with any of our products, please return either the item with receipt, or UPC code with receipt for a full refund. If you cannot find a receipt and would still like to return the item, Legacy Interactive will refund you the CURRENT PRICE at the time of return plus tax (if applicable). Legacy Interactive WILL NOT refund shipping fees.

Defective returns can either be returned for a full refund or can be exchanged free of charge for a replacement. Legacy Interactive will not refund shipping charges. Please send your defective CD with a letter or note describing the problem, and your mailing and contact information back to Legacy Interactive to the address shown above in the "Payment Methods" section of this document.

Replacements are sent out every Monday, unless it is a holiday. All replacements are CD ONLY, unless you make a note that a booklet was missing from your original purchase. For your convenience, most player guides are available for download from our website at: http://www.legacyinteractive.com/li/support/guides.php.

Shipping Damages - Once any shipment is released to the carrier, any shipping damages become the responsibility of that carrier. Legacy Interactive will initiate a claim for you. You must report the damages to us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after 48 hours must be initiated by the customer to the carrier directly.

Refused Delivery - The consumer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return For Credit - Allow 10 -15 days for processing your return from the day it is received. Credit will not be issued until Legacy Interactive has received and examined the returned merchandise. Items showing consumer abuse will not be credited.
