um i havent played it yet and i have to pay and i dont have have a card so i dont know

If you love the Emergency Room series from Legacy, like Code Red and 911 Paramedic then you will love Emergency Room Real Life Rescues. I think the Nintendo DS is one the coolest consoles to date and was so excited that Legacy decided to make a medical sim game for it. If you own a DS you must go buy this game, if you don't then I would seriously consider buying one just so you can play this game! It is just as great and fun to play as the PC games, but with the added bonus of being portable.
