* Start at EMS level 1, then work your way up the ranks to Paramedic.

* Use more than 40 realistic exam and treatment tools including oxygen masks, defibrillators, splints, bandages and ET tubes.

This game is incredibly realistic, which kind of scares me. I mean, if I were to mess up on a person, or not treat them correctly, I would feel like I failed a class, or failed in life somehow. Honestly, they need a trial version, because you don't want to buy a game until you try it, and unfortunately, I took the hard way.

I can't believe I almost missed this one. It so different and original. I can see how it could be a good learning tool, in addition to being a fun game. The story is very good. I really took an interest in the characters lives, and wanted to see how it all turned out. I'm a bit squeamish, but it didn't bother me at all.
