It reminds me a bit of the Chocolatier games. You buy ingredients, play a marble shooting game to determine your output speed, and then sell your product the next day. There are lots of recipes you can learn, and you must travel and budget to buy ingredients where they are available at the best price. It's a mixture of a bunch of different game types, really. There's a learning curve, so it takes a while to figure it all out.
