It's a lot like Build-a-Lot, and not really like the other Jane's Hotel games. The game is good, but suffers from too many bugs. I got very stuck, only to find that it was a bug, and I had to delete my profile and replay everything in order to pass the stage. I'm disappointed that they released it with issues. Otherwise, I enjoyed playing. You build houses to meet goals for each neighborhood, and you get to decorate them.

You need to increase the heart/happiness values of tenants before they'll request upgrades. If you encounter the bug where they never request upgrades, you can delete your profile and replay to advance.
