This isn't a “casual” casual game. There is a steep learning curve with lots of info thrown at beginners, and it's generally very complex and involved. I enjoyed it because it's something different, plus there's a huge amount of replay value. You basically make executive decisions as the President, and then watch and see what happens as a result. I thought it more clearly outlined cause and effect than the game Democracy (made by the same creators).
