Usually I don't like platform arcade games, but I liked Turtle Odyssey and heard this one was similar. It's all right, and easy enough for players that don't like action games. It sort of reminds me of Super Mario Brothers. The artwork is cartoon style, and very nicely drawn, though I thought the turtles were ugly...but I guess appearances aren't everything, right?
