You have to block off pieces of land in order to trap moles. The moles are constantly moving, so you must watch them and try and predict where they might be heading next in order to avoid collisions. There are lots of obstacles too, like running dogs and roller skaters. It's challenging, but you can always replay the board if you've lost all your lives, so you never really die. The best tip is to watch the moles, since they usually move somewhat predictably.
