Okay, I THOUGHT this was the best ER sim game out there....until I tried Code Blue! It's still a very fun game, though.

I could play this game for hours! It's by far the best Emergancy Room simulator out there. It's fun....and it's educational, too!

I really loved this game and I've played it several times, however, I sold the old disc that I had and I really missed playing it. I decided to purchase it and download here. I used to have Windows XP, but I now have Vista and Code Red doesn't work well on it. Apparently, Legacy is having problems with it reverting back into trial mode after it's been paid for. I couldn't get it to work after the first time I played it. I sent an email to Customer Service and my money was refunded.

It's a great game. It has excellent gameplay and gives realistic medical cases, like procedures. Even so, you may feel a little guilty if you kill a patient XD. I hope Dr. House's game is as good as this.

Hi Eizara. Yes, TrialPay is legit (they are a BBB Accredited business since 05/01/2007, with an A+ BBB rating - check 'em out). :) We are working to make it more clear on the Legacy site, but it basically works like this -- when you sign up for an offer with a Trial Pay partner, the advertiser pays for your game. It's sort of like a thank-you gift from the other advertiser.

You don't have to read all of the story if you just like to play, since you can skip the cutscenes and just find hidden objects. I thought it was pretty good, with good graphics, and lots of objects to find.

There's a lot of very good story to this game, so people who enjoy reading while playing will definitely like it. It does follow the plot of the novel, and does a good job of keeping the "feel" of the book. The artwork reminds me a lot of Hidden Expedition: Titanic.

I bought this game online and have been waiting the cd to deliver for 1 month,and still I have not receive it. I have made a notice to legacygames via email and action has yet to be taken. I'm so disappointed. I think I should look into piracy then:(

yea bev i bought it a couple of days ago i think it does come in the mail because you have to choose method of delivery be overnight 2 day or free mail(probably the free one takes a week or so) so yea thats what i thinl overall it sounds like a good game for someone wanting to become a doctor like myself

This is an extremely good medical simulation game, with realistic surgeries and lots of educational value. I wish I could keep playing, even after I became an awesome doctor in the game.
