I thought this was a pretty realistic veterinarian hospital simulation. You have to triage your patients and treat the most critical first. There's a lot of scenarios possible, dealing with all pet types. You need to like researching to enjoy this game, since you must look up each condition and research it in order to treat it properly and also timely. You get assistants which help (and criticize) you as you treat patients. The trivia game isn't perfect. Otherwise, its a very good game.

This game was okay but kind of reminded me of the game 911 paramedics.
