This is a match 3 game, but using sushi. It reminds me of Burger Rush. Customers come in with orders, and you need to match those items to serve them before their patience runs out. There are good power ups, lots of extra bonus tasks, and there's good thematic music and sound effects. You can play in relaxed mode, or untimed mode if your prefer.
